The HIFU treatment relies on the use of focused ultrasound, which targets precise points in the skin to create a temporary temperature increase at specific depths: 1.5 mm, 3 mm, and 4.5 mm. When the temperature exceeds 65°C in these layers, a coagulation phenomenon occurs, resulting in protein denaturation.
